Develop and implement training programs and workshops focused on embedded systems design, IoT architectures, protocols, and applications.
Create educational materials, curriculum, and resources that align with industry standards and emerging trends.
Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through evaluations and feedback, iterating on content as necessary.
Provide mentorship and support on hardware design, firmware development, wireless communication, and sensor integration.
Stay updated on advancements in embedded systems and IoT technologies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to tailor training programs to organizational needs.
Assist in research activities related to embedded systems design, IoT applications, and innovative technological solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: Proven experience in a research capacity focusing on embedded systems, IoT, or related fields.
Training Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in hardware design, firmware development, wireless communication protocols, and sensor integration.
Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Certifications: Relevant certifications are advantageous.
