Develop and implement training programs and workshops focused on data science, analytics, machine learning, and AI concepts.
Create educational materials, curriculum, and resources that align with industry standards and emerging trends.
Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback, iterating on content as necessary.
Provide mentorship and support on data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and machine learning algorithms.
Stay updated on advancements in data science and AI technologies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to tailor training programs to organizational needs.
Assist in research activities related to data analysis, experimental design, and algorithm development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Certifications: Relevant certifications are advantageous.
