Develop and implement training programs and workshops focused on applied data analytics, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Create educational materials, curriculum, and resources catering to diverse audiences.
Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback, refining content as needed.
Provide mentorship on data visualization, predictive modeling, and advanced statistical techniques.
Stay updated on advancements in data analytics methodologies and technologies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to customize training programs to specific needs.
Contribute to research activities related to data analysis and interdisciplinary applications of data science in various domains.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: Proven experience in applied data analytics and training development.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Certifications: Relevant certifications are advantageous.
